DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that life can be busy and plans can change! To help us manage our diary efficiently and offer appointments to all our patients, we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation with our booking policy.

Deposits

To secure your appointment, a £60 deposit for every 30 minutes of your appointment is required at the time of booking. This will be applied toward your treatment cost on the day of your visit.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please give us at least 48 hours’ notice.
This allows us to offer the time to another patient who may be waiting.

  • Changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the deposit being lost.
  • Missed appointments (“no-shows”) will also result in the deposit being forfeited.

We completely understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can happen — if this is the case, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.

Arriving for your Appointment

Please aim to arrive on time so we can make the most of your treatment time. If you’re running more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment.

Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable, except in the unlikely event that we need to cancel your appointment. If this happens, we’ll happily refund your deposit in full or transfer it to another booking, whichever you prefer.
